Final Payment 12 Jan 2026 - Final payment is due on this date. Please look over additional sightseeing options at this time so we can begin finalizing the details of your group. Failure to meet payment deadline may result in a delay of documents and possibly additional penalties.
Travel Protection 12 Jan 2026 - Last date to purchase Travel Protection. The plan can be purchased any time prior to your final trip payment.
Changes & Modifications 12 Jan 2026- Any changes after this date, if possible, will incur a fee of $100 per change, in addition to any other expenses incurred. 20 Mar 2026 - NO changes permitted after this date.
Cruise Planners is a full service travel business, however, Cruise Planners is
merely a selling agent for the resort, and we make no
warranties express or implied. Cruise Planners is not responsible for last
minute changes of price or itinerary by the tour guides, or any errors or
omissions displayed on this or any page.
Please be advised that any special amenities or events associated with this
trip are for guests booked through Cruise Planners only.
Deposits:
$300 per person non-refundable deposit is required.
Cancellation fees:
CANCELLATIONS: Europe Express will confirm bookings, changes and cancellations in writing. Cancellation fees will be charged based on the following schedule, unless otherwise stated in your contract.

150 to 76 days prior to departure $300 per person (Non-Refundable)+ any airline related fees
75 to 46 days prior to departure 80% of land package price + 100% of air
45 days or less prior to departure 100% of land package + 100% of air
If an individual in the group cancels & causes a roommate to be accommodated in a room for sole occupancy, single supplement fees may be charged to remaining traveler. We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance. Information will be
supplied to you when your Cruise Planners agent contacts you.
